We do not offer refunds once your order is placed and payment is processed. Here’s why:

   Every order is uniquely designed as per your requirements. Our team invests significant effort, creativity, and time to craft personalized invitations, making the product non-resellable.

2. Non-Refundable Advance Payment:
   Once work on your order begins, the advance payment is utilized for design and production efforts. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.

3. Digital Product Nature:
   As digital products, the creation process starts immediately upon order confirmation, and the final product is delivered digitally.

We urge you to thoroughly review your requirements and provide all necessary details, including fonts, images, and color codes, before placing an order.

Delivery Timeline:

1. Standard Delivery:
   Creating a digital invitation typically takes 10 to 20 days from the date of order placement.

2. Priority Requests:
   If you require the invitation earlier, we will make every effort to expedite the process, but we cannot guarantee faster delivery.

3. Customization Impact:
   For highly customized orders, such as specific font styles, unique images, or color combinations, the delivery time may be extended based on the complexity of the request.

Additional Customization Requests:

We understand that our customers may have specific preferences and customization requests. However, please note that if you require any additional changes after the initial design is shared, such as:
